President Stevo Pendarovski received today Vanja Gjorgjioski, a student in the sixth grade from Prilep, who won first place at the Hippo English Language Olympiad.
In the finals of the competition, which took place from September 28 to 30 in Rome, Italy, Giorgjioski won a gold medal in the “Hippo 1” category in competition with 28 students from all over the world.
President Pendarovski congratulated Gjorgjioski for the great success achieved in competition with candidates from 54 countries and with the participation of 184 students in the final rounds of the competition.
Hippo is an international Olympiad, organized to promote the importance of English language knowledge and bring children from different countries together.
