President Stevo Pendarovski received today Armen Grigoyan, newly appointed Permanent Representative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in the Republic of North Macedonia.
The meeting discussed the overall activities of the UNDP in our country in several areas, including democratic governance, poverty reduction, crisis prevention and overcoming, environment and energy, health and social development.
President Pendarovski expressed satisfaction with the current cooperation of UNDP with the Republic of North Macedonia and the implementation of numerous projects aimed at improving the quality of life and support in meeting the strategic goals of the country, as well as cooperation within the preparation of the Development Framework MKD2030.
President Pendarovski wished the newly appointed Permanent Representative Grigoryan successful work during his five-year term and expressed confidence that with his professional experience so far he will contribute to further enhancing the cooperation of UNDP with our country.
