Students from “Kiro Gligorov” primary school from Skopje visited today the Cabinet of the President of the Republic of North Macedonia as part of the Open Cabinet activity, an activity that allows direct meetings of citizens with President Stevo Pendarovski.
The visitors met with President Pendarovski and talked about his work and competencies, and had the opportunity to visit the premises where official and working meetings are held, as well as the halls where ceremonies, meetings, sessions of the Security Council and press-conferences take place.
The students were informed by the Cabinet staff about the history of the building where the Cabinet of the President is located, as well as the functioning of this institution, and saw the extraordinary diptych “Macedonia – Bright Country” and “Macedonia Remembers” by the author – academic Gligor Chemerski, placed on both walls in the Mosaic Hall.
Today’s event is part of the project Face to Face with the President, within which, so far, the Cabinet has been visited by citizens of different ages and occupations, students from the country and abroad, as well as students from primary and secondary schools in the country.
