President Stevo Pendarovski, together with his wife Elizabeta Gjorgievska, visited two exhibitions in the Museum of Contemporary Art set within the Weekend of Pride and within the Biennial of Youth.
President Pendarovski expressed support for this year’s ninth edition of the Pride Weekend Festival, which includes a series of exhibitions, concerts and performances, organized by the Coalition Margins and the LGBTI Support Center, in cooperation with MoCA and Jadro.
The President emphasized the contribution of the International Biennial of Young Artists, a multidisciplinary event organized by the Museum of Contemporary Art – Skopje, as one of the most important events in the field of contemporary art whose goal is to find ways and create spaces to present the new artistic directions of the next generation of artists and curators.
Apart from the importance of the messages sent, the two exhibitions are a positive example of cooperation between the institutional and non-institutional culture in North Macedonia.
