President Stevo Pendarovski received the Ambassador of the Republic of Albania, Fatos Reka, at a farewell meeting.
At the meeting, opinions were exchanged on the overall development of bilateral relations between the two countries, and it was assessed that they are continuously marking a positive and upward trend.
The meeting emphasized the importance of the fact that the two neighboring countries, allies in NATO, share an identical vision for integration in the European Union, and in that context the need for progress in the integration process was pointed out.
President Pendarovski thanked Ambassador Reka for his long-term diplomatic engagement, who has been performing his mission in the country since July 2015, and wished him further success on a personal and professional level.
