President Stevo Pendarovski received today the Ambassador of the United States of America, Kate Marie Byrnes, in a farewell meeting.
At the meeting, President Pendarovski expressed satisfaction with the development of relations, cooperation and partnership with the United States of America, stressing that the beginning of the Strategic Dialogue between the two countries this year represents an important step in the development of relations and concrete implementation of the Strategic Partnership.
In the talks, the President emphasized the important role and continuous support from the US for the stability, democratization and prosperity of North Macedonia and reaffirmed the readiness of the Macedonian side for further cooperation within NATO and contribution to collective security.
President Pendarovski thanked the Ambassador for the constructive cooperation, overall engagement and dedication in promoting relations between the two countries, and wished her success in her future career.
