Within the Open Cabinet activity, members of the Youth Council of the Municipality of Gostivar and students from the Faculty of Architecture, “St. Cyril and Methodius” University – Skopje, visited today the Cabinet of the President Stevo Pendarovski.
During the meeting with President Pendarovski, they discussed his work and competences, and exchanged opinions on the current situation in the domain of their career and professional interests.
During the visit of the premises of the Cabinet, where official and working meetings are held, they got acquainted with the history of the building and the way the institution functions. In the Mosaic hall, they looked at the impressive diptych “Macedonia – Bright Country” and “Macedonia Remembers” – a work of contemporary artist, academician Gligor Chemerski.
In the lobby, students from the Faculty of Architecture had the opportunity to see the exhibition “Laboratory from the Past for the Future: Stories of the Summer School of Architecture at the Monastery of St. Joakim Osogovski, 1992-2017” with which the state presented itself at the Venice Biennale 2023.
Open Cabinet continuously enables direct meetings of citizens with President Stevo Pendarovski. So far, the Cabinet has been visited by thousands of citizens of different ages and occupations, students from the country and abroad, as well as students from primary and secondary schools from the country.
