Today, as part of the official visit of the President of Georgia, Salome Zourabichvili to the Republic of North Macedonia, President Pendarovski and President Zourabichvili had a tete-a-tete meeting and a plenary meeting of the official delegations was also held.
The talks focused on the bilateral relations between North Macedonia and Georgia and the ways to promote them further, the EU and NATO integration and regional issues, as well as the Covid-19 pandemic.
During the visit of President Zourabichvili, an Agreement between the Republic of North Macedonia and Georgia on visa abolition and a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of culture will be signed in the President’s Office between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of Georgia.
President Pendarovski and President Zourabichvili will lay wreaths at the grave of Goce Delchev in the St. Spas church.
